Notes & Exceptions
- All deliveries are handled by RMX (ARAMEX). You’ll receive an airway bill to track your shipment online.
- For GCC deliveries, your local customs authority may charge about 5% import duty on the CIF value — this is a government fee, not from us.
- Heavy or oversized items: May not qualify for the flat GCC rate. Final cost shown at checkout or confirmed by our team.
- Remote areas: A small surcharge or extra day may apply depending on courier limitations.
