📦 Refund & Exchange Policy – Afaq Alnaseem Trading L.L.C

We value our customers and strive to ensure your satisfaction. Please review our updated refund and exchange policy below:

⏳ Return & Exchange Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Only unused products in their original packaging, with tags and accessories, are eligible.

✅ Eligibility

Products must be unused and in their original condition.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care and grooming products cannot be accepted for return.
For products returned in a used condition, Afaq Alnaseem Trading L.L.C reserves the full discretion to reject the return.

🌍 GCC Countries (Outside UAE)

Exchanges:

Defective products → Free of charge (we cover all shipping).
Non-defective products → A 200 AED exchange fee applies (100 AED for shipping to us + 100 AED for return shipping).

Refunds:

Refunds are only possible if the product is unused and approved after inspection.
Refund processing time: 10 business days after confirmation.

🇦🇪 Within UAE

Exchanges:

Defective products → Free of charge.
Non-defective products → A 25 AED exchange fee applies if the replacement item is available in stock.

Refunds:

Refunds are only possible for unused products.
Processing time: 7–10 business days.

🌍 Jordan, Lebanon, Greece, Armenia, Georgia & Kenya

Shipping cost: 119 AED for up to 2 kilograms.
Returns: Accepted only for faulty unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Used products: If the product has been used, we reserve the right to reject the return at our full discretion.
Refunds: Processing time is 15 business days after confirmation.

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for replacement or refund at no cost.

UAE → 25 AED for non-defective exchanges, free for defective.
GCC → 200 AED for non-defective exchanges, free for defective.
Refunds → Only for unused products (10 days processing for GCC, 7–10 days UAE).
