At Afaq Alnaseem Trading LLC, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, fast, and reliable. Below are our shipping terms and delivery timelines.

🚚 1. Shipping within the UAE

• Dubai: Free delivery on all orders.

• Other Emirates: AED 25 flat fee for overnight delivery (1–2 business days).

• Orders are processed within 24 hours, except Fridays and UAE public holidays.

• We ship with Quickup and other trusted partners. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number to follow your delivery.

🌍 2. GCC & International Shipping

• Countries covered: Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain.

• Delivery time: 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fee: Starting from AED 60 for most lightweight shipments.

• Heavy/bulky items may incur extra charges, which will be shown at checkout.

💡 Important: Customs duties, VAT, and clearance fees are set by each country’s government and must be paid by the customer. Approximate VAT rates:

• Oman – 5%

• Saudi Arabia – 5%

• Qatar – 5%

• Kuwait – 5%

• Bahrain – 5%

📦 3. Processing & Tracking

• Orders placed before 4 PM UAE time usually ship the same day.

• Tracking details are emailed/SMSed as soon as the courier collects your order.

• Please double-check your shipping address and phone number to avoid delivery delays.

⚠️ 4. Delivery Exceptions

• Unexpected delays may happen due to customs clearance, courier workload, or other external factors.

• Once your package is handed over to the courier, Afaq Alnaseem Trading LLC is not responsible for transit delays.

• Import taxes or duties (if any) are not included in our prices and must be settled by the buyer.
