- Products damaged due to accidental events such as drops, spills, or exposure to extreme conditions.
- Consumable parts (e.g., batteries or accessories) unless the issue is caused by a defect in materials or workmanship.

Replacement Process
- Submit a claim via our website or customer support team with your proof of purchase.
- Once approved, a replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
