2. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

3. Products & Services

We trade, import, and sell hairstyling tools, grooming products, personal care items, and related accessories. Product descriptions and images are provided to the best of our ability, but slight variations may occur.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams).

  • We accept credit/debit cards, cash on delivery (within UAE), and other methods as shown at checkout.

  • Full payment is required before order processing.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free delivery within Dubai.

  • AED 25 overnight delivery to other Emirates.

  • GCC shipping starts from AED 60 (5–7 business days, depending on courier).

  • Deliveries are fulfilled by Aramex (RMX) or other third-party couriers. Tracking numbers will be provided.

  • Import/customs duties (e.g., Oman 5%, Saudi Arabia 5%, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy applies (see full details here). In short:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

  • Certain items (personal care products, grooming tools, sale items, gift cards) are non-returnable.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Warranty

Many of our products come with manufacturer or seller warranties. Warranty details, if applicable, will be listed with each product. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair is not covered.

8. Limitation of Liability

Afaq Alnaseem Trading LLC shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, courier delays, or events beyond our control.

9. Privacy & Data

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties, except as required for order fulfillment.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Dubai, UAE.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website implies acceptance of any changes.
